Shipping & Returns

Most orders will leave from our Madison, WI location within 2 business days of order.  Occasionally an out of stock item may delay the shipment of an order.  In most cases orders will be delivered in one shipment, but it is possible that your order may arrive in multiple shipments from different locations.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipment please contact us by phone (608)274-3601 as soon as possible.  Be sure to save any packing materials.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on unused items.  Please contact us either by phone (608)274-3601, or email aaronwolfe@philstractor.com to obtain return authorization.  Note that there are no returns on electrical parts.
